Recruiting Autism Support Worker

Support workers (social care workers) play a key role in enabling our residents to achieve their goals and aspirations through their ongoing development.

For this role, you don’t need any qualifications as a full induction plus professional training will be provided, but the most important thing is a caring attitude and a genuine interest in people. Experience working with adults with autism is advantageous but not essential.
