We’re recruiting for a full time House Coordinator/Team Leader (Supported Living)

We are seeking a team leader with previous experience in social care, working with people with learning disabilities or complex needs, with a minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.

You will work as a member of the day to day hands-on Care & Support Team in close liaison with our Care & Support managers to provide high quality care and support to residents.

Salary: £21,700 – £23,500 per annum (depending on experience and qualification level) plus sleep-in payments

Full time: 37.5 hours per week
