Congratulations to the Camphill MK Staff Awards 2026 winners & nominees!

We often celebrate the incredible work of the residents at Camphill MK, but it was time for us to celebrate the team.  Our residents tell us they are happy here because of the support they receive from the Camphill MK team, and we want to celebrate the team’s positive impact on the community.

Our community was invited to vote for their favourite staff member. Nominations were open for several months and peer-nominated, meaning residents and staff could nominate colleagues and/or people that they personally admire at Camphill MK.

The panel consisted of Camphill MK CEO Tim Davies, Chair of Trustees Elizabeth Sheldon, and Milton Keynes Mayor for 2025-26 James Lancaster.

A massive well done to everyone involved in the Staff Awards.  Thank you to everyone who nominated someone, and thank you to the residents’ forum for managing the residents’ vote. Thank you to all of the finalists for allowing us to share their successes, and thank you to the winners for their contribution to Camphill MK.

We love that the Staff Awards bring us all together to celebrate some great projects, teams and ideas. What a great team!
