Handmade Craft & Food Fair Success 2024

Well, that’s our Handmade Craft & Food Fair done for another year! We want to thank everyone, from visitors to stall holders, staff and residents, for such a fantastic event.

This year, the Mayor of Milton Keynes, Councillor Marie Bradburn, opened the event, which raised £5200 to support our charity!

This year, we had fewer stalls to help visitors navigate the Chrysalis Theatre a little easier, and we were stunned by the sheer number of people who visited us. We were busy from 10 am until close (3 pm), and we feel fortunate we are so well supported.

The Café was the star performer, taking over £2000! £550 of that was on their delicious cuddle curry. Our fantastic bakery stall took £200 more than last year and raised £960.

Our spirited Craft Fair could not have been possible without our supporters, staff, workshop coordinators, events coordinator, SMTs, senior support workers, assistant manager, support workers, volunteers and residents throughout the day.

We want to say a huge thank you to all the brilliant stallholders who made the day so special! Also, we hope you all enjoyed UkiTooNes playing along!

Thank you all!
