Christmas Day Virtual Balloon Race to Raise Funds

Camphill MK is taking part in the Eco Racing Ballons Race.

The virtual balloon race aims to raise funds for charities just like us! The great balloon race will take place on Christmas Day, and supporters who donate as little as £3 will get to watch their balloon set off.

How – Buy a virtual Balloon (follow the link or the QR code on the poster) and choose to support Camphill MK Communities. Decorate and name your virtual balloon, decide how strong you want it to be and how much Helium you put in it.

How do I race? Balloons are released from Santa’s Office in Lapland at 12 noon on Christmas Day. You can then track your balloon see how far it travels. Fingers crossed it doesn’t burst on its journey. However, if it does pop, the distance will still count.

What can I win? –  The balloon that travels the furthest wins £100 cash. 2^nd place wins an Amazon Alexa

Race Day: Once the race starts on 25th December, your balloon will be guided by real-time weather conditions. After the race, the balloon that has travelled the furthest wins. The Christmas race starts at 12 pm and runs for seven days.
