We’re hiring a Recruitment & HR Manager to join our dynamic & expanding community at Camphill MK.
The role is to source, recruit and onboard staff and volunteers to fill vacant positions. Working alongside the CEO and the management team to ensure all Human Resource activity is legal, fair, and effective.
The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment or HR background, will be capable of “making things happen” and have great people skills!
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualification level).
