Meet Fola, Our New Recruitment & HR Manager

Our Tech Lab Workshop journalists interviewed our new Recruitment & HR Manager to get to know here a little better. Our entire team will be working alongside her and any new staff who join us.

Folashade Alade has over five years of experience in Recruitment/HR, managing and resolving different issues, supporting line managers and providing quality advice relating to recruitment, onboarding and retention.

Fola is a warm, friendly person with a positive, outgoing attitude. She has a BA and CIPD Level 7 in Human Resource Management (The University of Northampton). She has been married for over 26 years with two sons and a daughter. In addition, she has developed a few hobbies, including cooking, dancing, and singing (even though her husband and children advise her not to sing due to the usage of wrong tones).
