National Learning Disabilities & Autism Awards 2023

We are thrilled to announce that our charity and individual team members have been selected as finalists in the National Learning Disabilities & Autism Awards 2023!

We are so pleased to hear that Cheryl and Tom are finalists. Tom as a finalist in the ‘Manager of the Year’ Award and Cheryl for ‘Support Worker of the Year’. 

Tom has been recognised for moving us from a paper-based to a digital system onsite (Nourish), creating teams and staff progression routes, and creating a solid future for the organisation. 

Cheryl’s praise is for her person-centred approach; she has become so central within the community, which includes setting up the running group and boxercise. 

Camphill MK is also a finalist in two other categories: ‘Employer of the Year’ and ‘Positive Risk Taking’. Well done to everyone who contributes to this community, which has led to us being recognised in this way!

We will find out the results at the ceremony on 30th June!
