We are excited to offer a unique and exciting opportunity for a dynamic, driven and person-centred Deputy Care Manager/Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team.
You will ideally have a relevant professional qualification at Level 5 or above in social care, or hold professional registration as an RGN/Occupational Therapist or similar. You will have at least 3 years of experience in a management role within social care and experience specifically of working with local authorities to support the recruitment of new residents and new services would be hugely advantageous.
We’re offering an attractive salary package £28,000 – £30,000 p.a + lots of professional growth and a person-centred working environment.
