Congratulations to our MK Marathon Runners!

Congratulations to all our Milton Keynes Marathon Weekend half-marathon and superhero runners! They were all AMAZING! So far, they have raised £4.6k for our charity. Running is not easy. It takes motivation, hard work and support from friends & family. We really appreciate it!

We had 17 runners taking on the half-marathon alongside the Mayor of Milton Keynes, Cllr James Lancaster.

We still need your help to reach our fundraising goals and continue providing invaluable support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Our brilliant staff runners are Dana, who works in our Café, Grace & Nikita, who work in our creative workshop, Karen, part of our care and support team, Osa, in facilities and Eddie, a day service user. Some of whom ran the half-marathon for the first time EVER. We also had a number of runners from a local church group, more running in the Superhero run.
Dana said, “One of the best days of my life yet! 21KM in just over 2 hours on my first half-marathon, such a great achievement! Here’s to the next one!”

Big thanks to everyone, and a special mention to Mark, the CCO at Milton Keynes Dons and our kit sponsors, Danny from ClotheMe.

THANK YOU!

If you can, please support these brilliant individuals below.

Here’s the marathon map. If you can cheer them on, please do!
