The Making of the Camphill 40th Birthday Sculpture

As you will all know, we celebrated our 40th anniversary this year. And, in the true spirit of Camphill MK, we held a host of creative activities to commemorate.

One of our community-wide projects was the creation of our 40th Birthday clay sculpture created by our residents, staff and volunteers in our Art & Craft workshop.

The large-scale plaque was made up of individually designed, made, glazed and fired clay flowers. Inspired by the richness of our gardens and each individual that makes our community so unique!
