We have been growing Japanese Indigo to create natural dyes for our fabrics in our Art & Craft Workshop. A handful of our residents have been looking after our natural dye garden and we love the result!
Bees are natural pollinators so without them; we would have no crops! No level of involvement by humans can replace our buzzy friends, and we wanted to tell you a little bit more about how vital they really are and what we can do to help their survival.
Our humble gardens are in full bloom and already provide our community with lovely produce. The gardens supply our Cafe with seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs that go from field to plate within hours!
