Handmade Guitar in Collaboration with Local School Pupils

Back in March, students from Shenley Brook End School popped in to participate in a very creative workshop.

Our residents and the pupils designed a guitar in collaboration with our Tools for Self-Reliance workshop. Many wonderful ideas were conceived, and the chosen design was voted for. Roll on six months, and we now have a beautiful handmade guitar! Huge thanks to Adam for making it happen and the students for creating so many brilliant ideas.

The Tools for Self Reliance workshop takes unloved and broken guitars, and the team, along with the Camphill residents, breathe life lovingly back into them. And for an appropriate donation, most of the revamped guitars could be sold to raise funds for charities like ours.
