We’re recruiting a Deputy Care and Support Manager
We are excited to offer a unique and exciting job opportunity for a dynamic, driven and person-centred Deputy Care and Support Manager to join our growing team.
Set in a beautiful community location near Willen Lake, Camphill Milton Keynes is an established charity and provider of Supported Living and Day Opportunities for adults with learning disabilities within a community setting. We promote meaningful activity and occupation for the people we support and are currently developing a range of new services as part of our continued growth and expansion. We are seeking individuals who can complement and develop a stable, highly-motivated and person-focused team as Deputy Care and Support Manager. We are eager to find somebody who shares our values and supports our mission for a world where each person is appreciated and accepted for their unique abilities.
You will ideally have a relevant professional qualification at Level 5 or above in social care, or hold professional registration as an RGN/Occupational Therapist or similar. You will have at least 3 years of experience in a management role within social care, either in a similar role or you’ll be a Team Leader with the calibre and motivation to progress. You will have experience of working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities and other related conditions and have a strong track record of success with providing person-centred outcomes.
