Felt Creations Inspired by Artist Angie Lewin

Some of our residents have recently participated in a felting project in the Art and Craft workshop. The project was inspired by the work of artist Angie Lewin, a printmaker who creates colourful and intricately patterned designs of natural forms. 

We shared our creations with Angie, who kindly wrote:

‘Thank you so much for sending images of the beautiful works you’ve all created. I really enjoy and appreciate seeing how my imagery inspired by the natural world is interpreted by other creative folk!’

Angie also gave personalised feedback to each resident about their work; it was lovely for them to receive the praise and reaction of a professional artist.

The works will soon be displayed in our Café so you can look in person.
